I relate so much to this. It used to be very hard for me to say no as well, and it's funny that a thing like that needs "practice", but it does. Now, I can say it with relative ease and my life is so much better for it. It's hard for people-pleasers (even recovered ones) to accept that they have a right to their own time, but it's true. This was a great post!
